The inside scoop is Arusha city has been seeing a growth of quality hotels,lodges,bnb's,Inns being built at a faster rate than never before, with hoteliers bringing up their "A game" in hospitality,style and excellent customer service while trying to maintain running cost and competing with each and every other accommodation in the region.A good competition indeed because tourist can now pick and chose what is best for them at an affordable rate and not just stuck at an accommodation they are not appreciated.

Talking to various Ota's and traveler agents from around the world it seems good fortune is coming to Tanzania,with one agent in the United States saying to have seen a 25% increase request for Tanzania safari in 2011 we can only sit back relax and enjoy 2012,may the best accommodation win.

Arusha accommodation in May 2012

Yes it's a low season,yes not alot of tourist in town unless it's one of the conferences in our town,however Arusha city is busy,investors left and right in and out of town are on a building frenzy.Hotels,lodges,Inns restaurants and so forth are coming up every 24 hours,every investor local or foreign who has the cash or credit to get a plot in Arusha has jumped to the band wagon and is trying to get a peace of the tourism pie.It's funny that a few years ago with only a few known hotels,owning a tour company (2 land cruisers and a flycatcher) was considered the "Thing",now several industries have emerged to support the increasing tourist population in Tanzania.
Arusha has broken the chains of being just a tourist hub and shedding a light to quality accommodations,renowned restaurants and the party city.We can only hope to be the best we can be and for that may the best accommodation,hotel,Inn win.

Arusha city Tanzania is a hub for hundreds of thousands of tourists who come to climb the famous mt Kilimanjaro,mt Meru, go on a wild life safari tour to the Serengeti,Ngorongoro,Manyara, visiting the Olduvai Gorge (first human remains site) and so forth,but after a safari most tourist dont know what else they can do to take advantage  of their stay in Arusha,Well look no-more,here is just a few things you can do:-
